What a fantastic start to a series! I’m looking forward to meeting all of the guys, the women who make them fall, and getting a glimpse at each unique hotel location. I’ve never been to the west coast, so this is like a vacation!
Ryan is used to being number one in everything he does. And only one time has he ever been beaten – by Charlie. He’s man enough to admit that she earned that win, but it doesn’t deter him from pushing harder in life to maintain that top spot. Even though Ryan is backed into a corner and forced to hire Charlie, he quickly discovers how much better they are working together, rather than apart.
Charlie has her own secrets and needs to make this job work — no matter how difficult Ryan makes it. She burned bridges to get here and she’ll prove that she’s worthy of the position. I love her camaraderie with her best friend, with the guys, and Ryan’s family. Charlie gets a little bit of redemption in regard to her childhood.
