My Thoughts:

Worth the Wait is the first book of the Lake Spark Series and by all accounts, it was definitely worth the wait! Ford and Brielle are incredibly worthy of a second chance and Evey Lyon did them justice. Their past and situation with their parents grips your heart at what they’ve endured and sacrificed. But fate has this amazing way of bringing things back together that are truly meant to be. Even apart, these two are fantastic parents and Conner….oh, Conner. The sarcasm was spot on and he often reminded me of my own boys.

Once all the barriers come down, get ready for that promise of this book being worth the wait to kick in. The banter pushes the anticipation for the steamy moments and then you’ll swoon when the love between these two settles deep in your heart.

With the addition of the sports element, this book definitely is a must-read this summer!
